Work With US.

Current + former partners include Amazon, Giant Food, Shell Oil, and The World Bank.

Here & Now Leadership works with a diverse network of consultants, coaches, and organization development practitioners to meet the needs of our clients.  We have worked with organizations across the industry including e-commerce, retail, financial services, non-profits, and technology.

  • For individual and group coaching, we engage with clients over a six-month period with bi-weekly meetings of sixty to ninety minutes. These engagements include leveraging various assessments and psychometrics to help illuminate mindsets and behaviors that require deeper exploration. In addition to aligning on presenting issues that we will explore together, we ensure that outcomes and goals of the engagement are well defined and asses progress to those goals over time. We leverage a variety of approaches and strategies to help you achieve your goals.

  • Throughout the year, we offer public workshops for prospective clients and lifelong learners to experience our offerings and capability. We also create bespoke workshops and programs and modify the content to meet the needs of our clients e.g. half-day virtual workshop or three-day in-person intensive.

  • Contracts for consulting services range in scope and duration with the most time-intensive portion of the project coming during conception and initiation. We ensure there is a shared understanding between our consultants and clients on problem statements, goals, timelines, and budgets to deliver customer satisfaction and measurable results.

A few recent words about us

“Matt is one of the most effective facilitators of leadership and talent development that I've had the pleasure of working with. Not only is he knowledgeable and educated in this space - but he also is able to convert this into practical and meaningful applications. Even more significantly, Matt has a huge heart and truly wants to help people be the best they can be.”

Kari Naimon

“Over the past two years of working with him, I've gotten to know Matt as not only a passionate, compassionate Talent professional but also as someone that simply really knows his stuff. Matt has that great combination of being a humble, approachable leader, but still gets the best out of his teams because he knows the field so well and sets the bar high for himself as well as those with whom he works. He's been a great partner to both our HR team and to the businesses that we support.”

Kris Thompson

“I had the privilege of working with Matt for the last year. As my manager, Matt exemplified leadership, empathy, and inclusion. He took a chance on me, a person with no experience in the L&D space, and respected my contributions toward diversity of thought within the team. Matt brings excellent critical thinking, communication, and judgment to any issue while also remaining open and vulnerable to new ideas and feedback. To be able to work in an environment where I felt heard, was constructively challenged, and supported was a true privilege.”
